- Establish and achieve monthly income targets and objectives.
- Pursue joint field work initiatives with agency partners and advisors to develop innovative insurance solutions.
- Drive business submissions and issuances through effective sales strategies.
- Clear pending cases by ensuring accurate documentation and medicals.
- Provide expert training to distributors on improving first-time right submission rates.
- Deliver outstanding performance and meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets.
- Motivate and inspire advisors and agency partners through contests and sales incentives.
- Keep stakeholders informed of business status and contest eligibility.
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost revenue.
- Foster a culture of excellence to collect renewal premiums efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PG
Experience: 3-4 years of agency channel experience in Life Insurance
