Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and assist guests from reservation to departure, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every stage of their stay.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering teams to maintain immaculate villas, particularly in preparation for guest arrival.
  • Communicate daily with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage teams to address the needs of current and arriving guests.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of villas to minimize guest disturbance.
  • Promote in-house facilities to guests during their stay, recommending local options when necessary.
  • Handle flight confirmations, dinner reservations, and tour arrangements, ensuring seamless guest itineraries.
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure timely and professional guest service.
  • Collaborate with Food and Beverage teams to deliver consistent service, catering to guest preferences.
  • Stay informed about resort activities and updates, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Assist with training other departments as required.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores at all times.
  • Develop and implement standards for SOP and LQA.
  • Schedule and conduct regular inspections of areas under your control.
  • Ensure Front Office equipment is clean and in good working condition, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department to source items, ensuring best quality and value for money.
  • Minimize property damage and maintain adequate inventory of items, including stationery and collaterals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Front Office
  • Butler knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge of local regulations related to Hotel Operation is a must

Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems and monitoring of guest requests
  • Good communication skills, capable of functioning well under stress and during emergencies
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
