Job Summary

  • This role involves working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver enhancements and new functionalities that improve trading processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications through lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Update Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).

Solution Design Support

  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible.
  • Participate in design walkthroughs and provide business context.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Prepare and review test cases for functional phases.
  • Validate delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Manage requirement clarifications and change requests.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system usability.
  • Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and market trends.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring

  • Guide team members in documentation standards and requirement gathering practices.
  • Share domain knowledge on capital markets and trading systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or capital markets technology.
  • Hands-on experience with trading platforms, order management systems, or exchange connectivity.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance in securities markets.
