
Western Region Sales Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and drive business development efforts within designated key accounts in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have experience in expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across assigned territories
- Lead negotiations to close high-value deals and achieve sales targets
- Maximize profit margins for all sales and projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (First Class) from a reputable college, coupled with an MBA
- 12–15 years of experience in corporate selling and business development, with a focus on high-value products
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Proven ability to network effectively within the industry
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and manage time effectively
