Wealth Tech Architect - Visionary Leader

This is a unique opportunity to become the foundational technology leader who translates vision into architecture, designs, builds, and scales a secure, high-performance platform that balances speed, security, and scale.

You will lead our team in architecting our entire technological universe, translating vision into architecture, designing, building, and scaling our secure, high-performance platform. You will make key decisions on our stack (Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) that balance speed, security, and scale.

  • You will engineer for compliance by embedding SEBI and RBI regulations into our product's DNA.
  • You will own our integration with critical systems like the SCORES platform and payment gateways.
  • You will lead from the front by writing critical code, reviewing PRs, mentoring our early engineers, and building the culture of technical excellence we need to win.
  • You will champion Innovation by spearheading our deep tech initiatives—from AI-powered personalization to blockchain-based audit trails.
  • You will be our technology ambassador by interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors, translating our technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment.
  • Hands-on technical skills with modern expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • A founder's mindset with energy and enthusiasm for 0-to-1 challenges.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ownership, and building mentality.
  • Ability to speak the language of compliance (SEBI, RBI) as a design constraint that inspires elegant, secure solutions.
