Job Title: Key Engagement Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and user-obsessed professional to design, implement, and scale user engagement strategies that drive repeat behavior and foster brand loyalty.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics—responsible for developing data-driven solutions that increase app usage, session time, and customer retention among our existing user base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute user engagement strategies that boost daily and monthly active users and session duration.
  • Develop gamification-led experiences to drive repeat usage and behavioral stickiness.
  • Create loyalty mechanisms that turn our transacting customers into long-term brand advocates.
  • Leverage in-app behavioral data to understand customer intent signals and cross-product affinities.
  • Partner with Product and Design to implement in-app features that reinforce engagement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or product marketing, preferably in fintech, D2C, or consumer apps.
  • Strong understanding of customer motivations and behavior.
  • Proficiency in analyzing user journey data to define product affinity, intent segments, and retention triggers.
