Chief People Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People Officer to lead our Human Resources function. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and business goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manage industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee time office management, including payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies and procedures, including performance management systems and career development frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in all factory and distillery operations.
- Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Manage disciplinary processes, including grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong educational background, preferably in human resources or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success.
- Expert knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
