Job Summary:

The role of Tractor Loan Relationship Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank involves providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of Tractor Loan customers and ensuring value-added customer service. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for Tractor Loans with a detailed understanding of credit assessment and provide end-to-end solutions to clients.
  • Establish close connections with existing customers through regular communications and share insights on interest rate fluctuations and product offerings.
  • Empanel new dealers, DSAs, and DSTs in the market.
  • Generate new sales leads for dealership business customers through referrals and promotional activities.
  • Conduct policy training for internal team members.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries.
  • Aggregate knowledge of competitor products and best practices in the market.
  • Track channels and teams for quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Attract and retain top talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
  • Monitor employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, and make necessary improvements.
  • Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience:

2 to 5 years of relevant branch banking experience.
