Assistant Officer/Officer, Personal Banker, Consumer Banking Group
About the Role
As a key member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and generating revenue through cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new accounts from the branch catchment area
- Quality source salary accounts from corporates
- Activate accounts, UPI linkage, and manage wallet share of banking products
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Build relationships with internal teams and leverage existing relationships
- Conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities for lead generations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Graduation or post-graduation
- Good sales and networking skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Goal-oriented with IRDA and AMFI certification
