ASK Properties is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relations Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Your role is crucial in fostering customer loyalty, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests.
- Understand clients’ needs and work towards exceeding their expectations.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide timely and effective customer support across all communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve services and products.
- Identify trends in customer behavior and provide recommendations for enhancing customer experience.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate company policies, procedures, and updates to customers.
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotional offers.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and relationship status.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
