Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at AltF Coworking. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising staff.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant. They will be responsible for:

  • Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures
  • Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized
  • Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed
  • Handling walk-in and telephonic enquiries and queries, and maintaining a record of visitors
  • Supervising and administering the supervisor, and keeping a check on the housekeeping staff and office boys
  • Handling clients visiting the space and maintaining the visitor's list
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
