Marketplace Operations Manager

A leading Direct-to-Consumer brand is growing its marketplace team and looking for an experienced professional to manage the platform end-to-end and drive growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage Amazon operations from Ads to Sales Tracking, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Strategize and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.
  • Monitor account health and ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Track sales performance and generate actionable insights to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with external and internal teams for smooth purchase order processing, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace operations on Amazon or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced D2C environment.
