Marketplace Development Lead - Global Nutraceuticals

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious MBA student to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of our company.

We seek a driven MBA intern to help launch a marketplace connecting global nutraceutical buyers with premium ingredient suppliers. This end-to-end role spans marketplace development, supplier onboarding, international business development, and process optimization using cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop the marketplace platform using data analytics and AI-driven insights.
    • Integrate AI-powered features for supplier matching and inventory management.
    • Source and onboard premium ingredient suppliers and negotiate contracts.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the marketplace globally and establish partnerships with international buyers and suppliers.
    • Analyze and optimize marketplace processes to enhance user experience and increase sales.
