We are currently seeking a highly skilled E-Marketplace Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining product listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings on the GeM portal, including categorization, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Tender and Bid Administration: Research and apply for relevant tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Inventory Tracking and Updates: Monitor and update inventory levels in real-time, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Email Communication and Documentation: Draft and send formal emails for queries, tenders, and order follow-ups, as well as coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
  • GeM Portal Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the GeM portal and its functions, including listing processes and bid management.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Understand and adhere to relevant procurement regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed-Oriented and Proactive Mindset: Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
