Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records of multi-unit clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in daily posting and month-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple locations.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis.
- Match POS sales to deposits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Integrate data from various systems, including Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Revel, and Shopify POS.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SMB or franchise bookkeeping.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Hands-on experience with at least one POS system and marketplace/aggregator reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP basics, sales tax, payroll journal entries, and multi-state nuances.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
