Our organization is seeking a seasoned finance and accounting professional to assume the role of Financial Operations Specialist.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and expertise in various areas, including GAAP and IFRS compliance, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial statements.

  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize financial performance, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, such as AI and RPA, to enhance accounting workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and RPA in accounting.
