We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving the expansion of our e-commerce platform, optimizing ad spend, and developing a growth engine that reaches a wider audience.

  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Establish relationships with key digital marketplaces and negotiate optimal visibility for our brand.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS), return on investment (ROI), and revenue growth.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales trends, create data-driven promotions, and implement campaigns that drive tangible results.
  • Optimize Everything: Ensure our products and services consistently win visibility and trust in the market by optimizing listings, conversion funnels, and customer experiences.
  • Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights, then translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate co-branded campaigns, premium placements, and visibility slots with category managers and industry partners.
  • Expand Horizons: Explore new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to scale our brand presence.

You are the Right Fit If You

  • Have 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce, or q-commerce.
  • Have successfully scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands, particularly in ghee, oils, and natural/organic foods.
  • Can balance numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards while thinking like a marketer.
  • Are familiar with key metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS, but also understand brand equity and consumer love.
