Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader to drive our E-commerce category's growth end-to-end.

  • Define and execute business strategy, revenue, profitability, and long-term category success.
  • Develop and implement SKU plans that align with brand vision, ensuring market-leading selection of divine and spiritual products.
  • Lead category programming on the app and website to deliver an engaging, seamless user journey.
  • Oversee day-to-day category operations, optimizing processes and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across the board.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • 9–13 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet businesses, with strong exposure to category management or P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in fast-paced, high-scale environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
