Executive Assistant Manager Position

This role involves overseeing the operational aspects of a hotel, supporting the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and upholding service excellence. Key responsibilities include assigning duties to Heads of Departments, monitoring performance, and acting as the hotel's Public Relations representative.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and organizational skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations. They must also be able to work night shifts and possess strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support the General Manager in all operational matters.
  • Assign duties to Heads of Departments (HODs) and monitor performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Act as the hotel's Public Relations representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.
  • Monitor guest feedback across platforms and drive the service recovery process.
  • Ensure full compliance with all operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST), Monday through Saturday.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.
