Lead Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to oversee all operational aspects of our banquet and catering services.

As the key leader in this role, you will ensure excellence in event execution, guest experience, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions.
  • Collaboration with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events.
  • Development and implementation of SOPs for seamless event logistics.
  • Quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery monitoring across all events and catering operations.
  • Leadership and mentorship of banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B teams.
  • Budget preparation and management, cost control, and efficiency drive for maximum profitability.
  • Maintenance of compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
  • Analyzing operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
