Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop a sales roadmap and engage targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
  • Be accountable for a revenue target as agreed with management and achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Research, market, and effectively present the company's services to new clients.
  • Penetrate new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and perform outbound calls to key decision-makers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environments, especially in technology, banking, and financial services in the USA region.

They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
