Business Development Leader

The Business Development Lead will spearhead our growth strategy for startups and small businesses in North India, identifying high-potential clients and establishing strong relationships with founders and key decision-makers to switch to a more efficient way of acquiring technology infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales to drive business growth and make a significant impact in the market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and prioritizing startup & SMB accounts using internal data, funding databases, and referrals
  • Owning the full sales funnel: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, and onboarding
  • Collaborating with credit, operations, and asset teams to structure and close profitable deals
  • Educating prospects on the value of device as a service model
  • Buidling lasting relationships with Founders, CFOs, and IT heads
  • Maintaining hygiene in CRM (Hubspot) and providing regular forecasts and updates
  • Representing at industry events, pitch days, co-working hubs, and CXO meetups

We are looking for someone with:

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales with fast-growing startups
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and find their own leads when needed
  • Naturally curious and able to handle objections without sounding pushy
  • Understanding of commercial terms and ability to speak the CFO's language
  • Process-driven and proficient with tools like Hubspot, Excel, and Notion
