  • Drive sales and promote luxury packages, focusing on maximizing occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to provide holistic guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough knowledge of offerings, from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.
  • Lead the reservation and sales team, serving bookings for multiple client hotels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of competition.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business.
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations.
  • Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours is required.
