Reservations Expert Wanted

This role is ideal for a highly organized and communicative professional who can handle multiple reservations channels simultaneously. As a Reservations Executive at our company, you will play a key part in managing end-to-end reservations processes and establishing the foundation for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations across online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets to guarantee up-to-date information.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated regularly.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents to streamline operations.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy to maintain high-quality interactions.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality with a strong understanding of OTA extranets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
