Cardiovascular Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. Our hospital provides comprehensive medical services across major specialties, including Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, and Critical Care.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, performing interventional procedures such as coronary angioplasty and stent placement, pacemaker and device implantations, emergency interventions for acute myocardial infarction, and providing round-the-clock support for acute cardiac emergencies and Cath Lab cases.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in academic training, professional development programs, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory).
  • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Cardiology) or equivalent DNB (Cardiology) from an accredited institution (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in interventional cardiology procedures (angioplasty, stenting, device implantation, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in Cath Lab operations and acute cardiac care management.
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure tertiary care hospital settings.
