Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in quality assurance to spearhead testing strategies, identify risks, and drive platform improvements for our trading systems.
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, focusing on the stability, performance, and functionality of our trading platforms.
- Lead testing efforts to ensure platform reliability and compliance with best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, covering integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and QA experts to understand system requirements and user needs.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in quality assurance for financial or trading applications, with expertise in Endur/Findur and a deep understanding of trading operations.
In addition to technical qualifications, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with developers, business analysts, and product managers. They must also have leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior team members and provide valuable insights into platform improvements.
