Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a key role in our organization.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Expert knowledge of SQL and data manipulation using Python, including DataFrames, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau for dashboarding, reporting, and visual analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar sales operations platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales metrics and identify trends.
  • Deliver insightful analyses on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
Strategic Insights & Recommendations
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and revenue growth.
  • Present clear and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Forecasting & Planning Support
  • Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models and historical data.
  • Provide accurate projections for business decisions.
Data Infrastructure & Tools
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI for data extraction and presentation.
Sales Funnel Optimization
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks.
  • Recommend process enhancements for improved sales outcomes.
Ad-Hoc Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to address specific business questions.
  • Provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
