Job Role: Business Insights Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the stability of our systems through comprehensive testing and validation.
  • Design, implement and execute detailed test cases scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis and reconciliation across multiple systems and sources using advanced Excel, SQL and Python skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track and manage defects using defect tracking tools.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience working with defect tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Test automation framework experience.
  • Load testing expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability of our systems through comprehensive testing and validation. This includes designing, implementing and executing detailed test cases scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.

You will conduct data analysis and reconciliation across multiple systems and sources using advanced Excel, SQL and Python skills. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be crucial in clarifying requirements and resolving issues.

Additionally, you will document, track and manage defects using defect tracking tools. You will continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to ensure the highest level of quality.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in regression testing with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will possess strong proficiency in SQL, Python and advanced Excel for data analysis.

They will also have experience working with defect tracking tools and strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
