Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Description:

  • Unlock business value by analyzing sales data, historical performance, trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and business strategy teams to develop models, analyze information, prepare summaries, and present findings on Sales, Products, New initiatives, organic and inorganic growth etc.
  • Analyze large datasets, mine for insights, and visualize sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Create impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance metrics effectively to the sales team and management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to establish sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor weekly funnels performance for the sales team and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams to identify potential opportunities.
  • Track performance (Target vs achievement) of business team product wise and present findings to senior management
  • Ensure seamless utilization of CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide access to CRM tools for business teams and address any issues they face regarding CRM usage.
  • Supply relevant sales data to sales representatives, generate reports, and offer support as needed. (Key reports include Traffic and Revenue report, Funnel pipeline stage etc.)
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
  • E nsure regular updates of opportunities, leads, and pipeline stages in CRM by the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / master's degree in business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
