Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to lead our efforts in strategic growth and partnership development programs for the government and public sector.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the public sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and organizational leaders.
  • Research new market opportunities and identify potential clients to establish partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations to support client engagements and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue generation: 30%
  • Lead generation and customer outreach: 30%
  • Pitch deck preparation and proposal development: 20%
  • Client communication and stakeholder engagement: 10%
  • Database management and knowledge creation: 10%

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in business administration or education or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Good questioning, probing, and listening skills.
