We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to lead our efforts in strategic growth and partnership development programs for the government and public sector.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the public sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and organizational leaders.
- Research new market opportunities and identify potential clients to establish partnerships and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations to support client engagements and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation: 30%
- Lead generation and customer outreach: 30%
- Pitch deck preparation and proposal development: 20%
- Client communication and stakeholder engagement: 10%
- Database management and knowledge creation: 10%
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business administration or education or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Good questioning, probing, and listening skills.
