We are seeking a strategic growth professional to enhance our brand visibility, attract top talent, and generate qualified leads for our IT consulting services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with leadership to design, execute, and track content strategies that convert.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar (posts, articles, video ideas).
- Optimize company profiles for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Run outreach and engagement campaigns targeting IT leaders, Salesforce prospects, and talent pools.
- Track analytics and provide weekly performance reports with improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing & HR for recruitment and brand awareness campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
- 3–5 years of strategy and B2B marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, content algorithms, and paid campaigns.
- Excellent writing and creative storytelling skills.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in growth strategy and B2B lead generation.
- Have you managed or grown a company page or personal brand with measurable results?
- Can you share 3 campaigns/posts you created that drove engagement or leads?
