Strategic Partnership and Program Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager - Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business alignment with technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create technology roadmaps to understand technology needs, identify gaps, and gather high-level requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and innovations.
- Establish and conduct regular governance meetings between technology and sales leadership, technology leadership, and partners.
- Lead technology projects related to channel functions, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor technology system performance, identify areas of improvement, and ensure effective communication.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate the distribution team on new technologies and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience in technology consulting environments and large-scale technology project delivery with business outcomes.
- Ability to understand the technology arena and correlate with business problems.
- Strong experience in change management, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
- Strategic alliance experience with key BFSI companies, including relationships with banks, insurance, broking, or mutual fund companies.
