Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in developing relationships with customers and channel partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining existing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and margin expansion in your assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and channel partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, management, or marketing.
- English Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Product Knowledge: General knowledge of product portfolio, including features and benefits.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position, requiring approximately 70% travel within the territory.
