Job Summary


As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Busisol Sourcing, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue. Your key objectives will include generating new sales leads, onboarding new customers, attending corporate tenders, developing new sales and trade lines, and preparing sales reports and analysis.


Key Responsibilities



  • Achieve branch targets, customers visit, customer retention, generate more gross profit, and increase the number of direct customers.
  • Ensure branch outstanding under agreed credit period.
  • Negotiate rates with liners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop junior team members for future leadership roles and enhance team performance to achieve higher output.
