
Global Cloud Partnership Specialist

Drive business success through strategic partnerships by owning the technical relationship and deliverables for a Global Strategic Partner. As a key member of our team, you will architect enterprise-grade AWS solutions, act as a trusted customer advisor to partner executives, lead white boarding sessions, author white papers and blog posts, develop and execute multi-day workshops, and respond to complex technical inquiries.
Responsibilities:- Own the technical relationship and deliverables for one or more Global Strategic Partners
- Drive development of repeatable assets, solutions, products, and accelerators
- Assist partners to build AWS focused practices and center of excellences within their organization
- Assist partners to earn trust of and deliver successful outcomes in the long term for their customers
- Thought Leadership – author and share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers and reference architectures
- Act as a technical liaison between partner and the services engineering teams
- 10+ years of related experience in cloud computing
- Experience with AWS cloud, architectural best practices applied across a breadth of technologies
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of concepts, implementation, patterns, and issues of at least four technology areas like Application migrations, Modernization, DevOps, containers / serverless / cloud-native development and design
- Experience in writing technical content and strong communication skills
- Bachelor level degree - computer science or IT background preferred
- Demonstrated strategic and tactical thinking in business, product, and technical challenges
