Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance expert to lead testing activities, approaches, and strategies within our QA team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports) to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Manage the execution of diverse testing types (functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.) and facilitate regular QA team meetings or triage calls.
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups, ensuring timely delivery of testing activities.
  • Monitor risks and deliverables to guarantee that testing remains within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges.
  • Provide effort estimates for testing activities required for projects or deliverables when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software QA engineer with a strong focus on client-facing interactions.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA/AzureDevOps is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, along with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices is highly valued.
  • Awareness of Automation & Accessibility principles would be an asset.
