Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad for a QA/QC Manager - Cosmetics. The QA/QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and control processes for our cosmetics products. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, developing and implementing QA/QC protocols, and leading a team of quality control technicians.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for cosmetics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing QA/QC protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Experience with natural and ayurvedic products is a plus
