Quality Control Executive – Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Control Executive to ensure that all raw materials, in-process, and finished products of our natural hair care and herbal range ) meet defined quality standards. The role requires routine testing, documentation, and strict adherence to GMP and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  • Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and documentation as per SOPs.
  • Monitor in-process quality during manufacturing to ensure compliance.
  • Identify deviations, report non-conformities, and support corrective actions.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and customer quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in QC, preferably in FMCG, herbal, or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality testing methods and laboratory practices.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
