Job Profile: Quality Control Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

  • To Effectively implement quality, environment, health, safety (EHS) system as per the quality environment, health, safety policies, and QMs objectives
  • To Effectively implement and maintained international, Quality and QEHSEn in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, & ISO 50001: 2018
  • Chemical Testing & Analysis: Perform routine chemical analyses using techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, and pH testing to verify the chemical composition of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products.
  • To ensure regular Record and analyse test results, and prepare detailed reports for management regarding product quality, batch performance, and any deviations from specifications.
  • To ensure regular compliance's for QMS Documented information and data control
  • To ensure regular compliance's for analysis and evaluation. To ensure regular compliance's for Identify risk and opportunities
  • To ensure regular compliance's for internal and audit program
  • To ensure regular Process Improvement Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality control processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • He is responsible for day to day operation and shift management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • To avoid wastage of water raw material and power etc.
  • Maintain Analysis report and Log sheet.
