Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Executive to ensure product quality standards and compliance throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation as per industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Conduct regular in-process and final product inspections.
  • • Monitor and maintain quality parameters as per company specifications.
  • • Support implementation of HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and other quality systems.
  • • Maintain quality-related records and documentation.
  • • Conduct lab analysis for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • • Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • • Ensure hygiene, GMP, and safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
  • • Report quality deviations and prepare quality reports.

Required Skills:

  • • Strong understanding of food quality standards and lab testing procedures.
  • • Knowledge of FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP documentation.
  • • Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
  • • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

  • • B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
