Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Store Executive. The Store Executive will handle day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and the smooth facilitation of retail processes. Responsibilities will also include coordinating sales activities, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the proper upkeep of the store.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Communication, and understanding customer needs
- Experience in Manufacturing
- Familiarity with commerce and basic business processes
- Proficiency in inventory management and organizational skills
- Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to problem-solve on-site
- Previous experience in the automotive or machinery industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP and ERP, Excel expert
