QA Specialist for Trading Platforms

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant to lead and execute Quality Assurance activities for our Trading Platforms.
This role is responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and stability of our trading platform across various environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify critical areas for testing.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies, as well as mentoring and guiding junior team members. A strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute QA activities on the Trading Platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and stability.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
- Define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies.
