Job Opportunity: Mobile Application Tester Lead

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our QA team in mobile application testing, focusing on debugging and troubleshooting with Charles Proxy and ADB commands.

  • Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and meet project timelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive mobile application testing (Android & iOS) utilizing expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Develop and refine QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed test plans, cases, and reports ensuring thorough coverage and quality releases.
  • Promote continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least 7–9 years of experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers.
  • Preferred experience in banking domain applications (lending, loans).
