Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance function, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to software testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Maintain and improve existing test automation frameworks and scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of overall QA experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing blended teams (manual and automation).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, or similar).
  • Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing.
  • Expertise in test environment management, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
