Senior Executive Coordinator to CEO

The role of the Senior Executive Coordinator is a pivotal one in supporting the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd. This position ensures seamless administrative and operational support, thereby enhancing the productivity and efficiency of top management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Director and CEO, prioritizing tasks and aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Communication and Correspondence: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders by handling emails, letters, and phone calls, drafting and proofreading correspondence on behalf of the Director and CEO.
- Meeting Coordination and Documentation: Organize, coordinate, and document meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and documents are prepared and distributed in advance, recording minutes and following up on action items.
- Confidential Information Management: Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to the Director, CEO, and organizational matters, safeguarding confidential documents and data.

- Organizational Skills: Possesses strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities, demonstrating attention to detail in coordinating complex schedules and activities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Efficiently manages time and priorities, ensuring the Director's and CEO's schedules are optimized for productivity and effectiveness, adapting to changing priorities and urgent matters.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapts quickly to changes in priorities, schedules, and organizational needs, remaining flexible and open to adjusting plans as required in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in executive assistant roles or administrative positions supporting senior management is advantageous.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and calendar management tools.
