Job Summary

DMG Events is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing sponsorship and exhibition revenue for our events in India. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the events industry and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities through networking and social media.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including coordination with marketing and production teams.
Take ownership of allocated clients and revenue targets, and report on sales performance regularly.

Requirements

1-3 years' experience in B2B conference sponsorship and exhibition sales.
Excellent interpersonal sales manner with consistently high client contact rates.
Strong technical skills, including contract management, budget management, and proposal writing.
Experience in the use of databases (preferably Salesforce) in both mass and targeted sales campaigns.
Ability to cross and up sell opportunities and products.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
