Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to secure sponsorship and exhibition revenue for our events in the Power and Utilities, Manufacturing and Logistics, and Transport and Infrastructure sectors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with consistently high client contact rates, and 1-3 years' experience in B2B conference sponsorship and exhibition sales. They will be a serial networker and social media savvy, with technical experience in contract management, budget management, and proposal writing. The ability to cross and up-sell opportunities and products will also be essential.
This role requires a customer-focused approach, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and embrace best practices within the discipline. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate consistency and reliability in all areas, display open communication and innovation, and take initiative on opportunities and test their ideas.
As a key member of our team, the Commercial Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in India's economic and GDP growth powered by sectors within the mentioned portfolio. dmg events is committed to playing a key role in bringing together major stakeholders both international and national for enabling accelerated growth and development in these sectors.
