Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team at Tata AIG. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the commercial insurance segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including producers, agents, and brokers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize sales pipelines to ensure timely and effective conversion of leads into sales.
- 3-6 years of experience in general insurance sales and marketing, preferably in a commercial insurance segment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Insurance certification – Associate level (desirable).
- Professional degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing).
