
Strategic Client Development Manager

The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving hiring needs and business objectives, and delivering high-quality talent solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust and rapport to understand their needs and goals.
- Talent Delivery: Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of talent solutions that align with client expectations.
- Revenue Growth: Strategically drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through upselling, cross-selling of additional services, and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, monitoring key financial metrics to ensure all delivery and business development efforts contribute to profitability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and lead recruitment and account management teams to achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in IT staffing, recruitment services, or account management with a strong track record of success.
- Client Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: A strategic approach to client engagement, with the ability to manage P&L and drive revenue targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate talent solutions and business value effectively.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing client demands and market conditions.
- Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of the IT and technology landscape.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an asset.
Education: Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
