Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished B2B Business Development Leader to spearhead our growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of business development partners, engaging with CXO-level executives, and identifying opportunities to expand our knowledge business across markets in India and internationally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional knowledge orientation in business development, enabling you to map potential markets and identify value-creating opportunities.
  • The ability to design knowledge enablers such as research insights, white papers, and other thought leadership materials to empower Illumine's BD partner network.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect and engage with key decision-makers and establish trust-based, knowledge-driven relationships.
  • The capacity to take ownership of large-ticket deals involving co-creation and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in effectively presenting complex knowledge products and frameworks to drive business growth.
